Are you interested in becoming a member? We rehearse at All Saints Episcopal Church on Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM-8:30 PM. Our season begins in September and runs through May. Membership is by audition, and a $35.00 annual membership fee will be due at the first rehearsal.

 

Auditions are currently being accepted for the 2025-2026 FluteForte!  season. Auditions consist of two components. The first part, excerpts from FluteForte!’s previous repertoire, (available here) will be required for each instrument you would like to be considered for in addition to C flute. On C flute, please also include recordings of two selections of your choice, details below.

• One selection highlighting lyrical abilities (such as Debussy's Syrynx or Bach’s Sarabande from Partita in A minor).

• The second should display more technical abilities with varied articulation (example Mozart's Concerto No. 1 in G Major, mvt. 1or any Bach Sonata Allegro movements).

• Please keep each selection to about 60 seconds in length.
